ad999's Responsible Gaming
Our Top Priority
Enjoy the fun while staying within your limits. ad999 gives you the tools and support to play safely and responsibly, so gambling always stays entertainment — never a problem.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Online casino and betting should be a fun form of entertainment — purely for enjoyment. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your time and money, knowing when to stop, and seeking help whenever you need it.
ad999 has built a safe and transparent platform for players in Bangladesh. Our responsible gaming policy ensures that every player can enjoy themselves within their limits. We believe that informed and controlled participation is the only path to long-term enjoyment.
Remember — gambling is never a source of income. It is for entertainment. Placing more bets to recover losses can make the situation harder. Protect yourself and stay within your limits.
Age Verification Is Mandatory
To open an account and play at ad999, you must be 21 years of age or older. We enforce age verification and strictly prohibit participation by minors. Adults only — for ages 21 and above only.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Decide for yourself how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — so decisions are not made on impulse.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a short break, activate a time-out for 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Come back when you are ready — with a clear head.
Self-Exclusion
If gambling feels like it is getting out of control, use self-exclusion to close your account completely for 6 months to 5 years. Our support team will help you through this process.
Set Betting Limits
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a session or within a set period. When the loss limit is reached, you will be automatically alerted and the session will end.
24/7 Support Center
If you feel concerned about gambling at any time, contact our 24/7 live chat support in Bengali. Our trained team will guide you in the right direction with care and understanding.
Family Protection
Keep your password secure so that underage family members cannot access your account. Make sure to log out every time on shared devices, and use parental control software if needed.
Recognize the Warning Signs
If any of the following signs appear in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help.
Chasing losses: Repeatedly placing bets to try to recover money that was lost.
Hiding it: Keeping your gambling secret from family or friends.
Exceeding limits: Spending beyond your set budget and borrowing money to play.
Mood changes: Feeling restless or irritable when you are unable to play.
Neglecting responsibilities: Prioritizing gambling over work, family, or studies.
Unable to stop: Repeatedly returning despite trying to stop.
Keep Yourself Protected
A few simple habits can keep you safe when it comes to responsible gaming.
Set a budget: Decide in advance how much you will spend on gaming and treat that as your final limit.
Set a time limit: Decide how long you will play before you start and set an alarm.
Do not play on impulse: Gambling when you are feeling down or under pressure increases risk.
Take breaks: Take regular breaks — go for a walk, eat, do something else.
Learn about the game: Understand the rules before you play; do not rush into an unfamiliar game.
Tell someone close: Talking openly with family increases accountability.

If you feel you need a longer break, follow the steps below. This process is completely confidential and free of charge.
